The screw-lock hook is the real winner here — my beagle yanks hard when she spots a squirrel and that clasp hasn't budged once. Soft on the hands too, even on long walks.

The polyester feels surprisingly soft against my hand, and the screw-lock hook gives me total peace of mind on our daily walks. My pup pulls like a freight train, but this leash hasn't shown a single fray or weak point yet.

The polyester strap stays soft even when my dog pulls, no hand burn on our longer walks. That screw-lock hook is the real win though, she's slipped out of clips before so I don't worry anymore.
