The flax linen blend is noticeably softer on my hands than the nylon leash I used for years, no more rope burn when my lab pulls. It's held up great through daily walks in the rain, and the hardware still looks new after two months.

The linen blend feels broken-in from the first walk, no stiff leather break-in period at all. It's light enough that my wrist doesn't ache on our long morning loops, and the handle still has a nice soft give.

Took this on a two-hour trail walk and my hand never got sore, which is rare for me. The linen-polyester blend has just enough give that it doesn't dig in when my shepherd pulls. Not the cheapest leash out there, but it's held up through mud and rain without fraying.
