The swivel hook makes a huge difference on walks — my last leash twisted up constantly and this one never does. The rubber skull over the stitching seems like a smart touch too, no fraying after a couple months of daily use.
The polyester is way softer on my hands than the nylon leash I had before, even when my lab pulls hard on our morning walks. That rubber skull over the stitching is a nice touch too, since that's usually where my old ones started fraying.
