Switched my dog to this bowl a month ago and the wide base keeps it from sliding across the tile when he gets excited. Dishwasher-safe on the top rack is a huge plus since it goes in with the rest of the load.

Didn't expect much from a dog bowl but this one actually stays put instead of sliding across the tile when my lab eats. It's dishwasher safe on the top rack, which is the whole reason I bought it, and it's held up fine after a couple weeks of daily washes. The melamine feels sturdier than the cheap
