I've owned a lot of leashes that fray at the stitches, but the rubber skull logo actually keeps that from happening. The hook locks in place with a reassuring click, and my 70-pound dog hasn't pulled it loose once.

My hands don't get that rope burn feeling anymore since this leash is so soft, even on long walks. The rubber skull over the stitching is a nice touch too, it's held up fine after a few months of daily use.

The locking hook gives me total peace of mind on walks since my pup tends to lunge at squirrels. The polyester is genuinely soft, no hand burn even on longer hikes.
